DetailSlate appointment text messages
DetailSlate is the booking platform and messaging brand. We send transactional SMS on behalf of the service business you book with: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and appointment-related status updates, including cancellations or rescheduling notices. This booking opt-in does not authorize promotional or marketing text messages.
Exact booking opt-in consent language
The live SMS disclosure on each business booking page names the specific business the customer is booking with. The [business name] text below is a placeholder; the live booking page replaces it with that business's name.
By selecting Text message, you agree to receive transactional booking confirmations, reminders, and other appointment-related updates from [business name] by SMS. Message frequency varies with appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
How customers opt in
In a business's public booking page, customers select a service and appointment date, then enter their contact details. Under Preferred contact method, they explicitly select Text message beside the consent disclosure above. No contact method is preselected. Email is available as an alternative.
Providing a phone number alone does not opt a customer in. Consent is not a condition of purchase. This page documents the existing booking consent; visiting this page does not subscribe you or collect consent.
Frequency, rates, and opting out

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages from the sending number. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@detailslate.com. SMS and email preferences are independent.
