Moving to DetailSlate is currently a self-serve process. You can bring customer records over in bulk with the client import wizard using a CSV or vCard file, or add them manually. There is no one-click import for old bookings or photos from another provider. You start with a clean workspace that keeps client records, service history, notes, job photos, scheduling, deposits, and booking communication connected in one place.
What to expect when you switch

Create your Business Account
Start with a free trial. You'll see the exact price and trial terms during signup before you commit.
Configure your operations
Set up your profile, add your services, and define your availability. You can also configure optional deposit requirements to be collected online where payment is supported.
Import or add your active customers
Use the client import wizard to bring in customer records from a CSV or vCard, or add your current clients and their essential service records manually. They don't need to sign up for you to keep their records.
Share your new booking link
Publish your link. Clients can now choose available times, compare services, and even book as guests.
